Jeff Harding is an experienced beverage and hospitality consultant with over 20 years of industry expertise. Jeff’s interest in wine began during his time at Norman Van Aken’s a Mano in Miami Beach, where he discovered the deep connection between food, wine, and culture. A transformative summer managing Château d’Alogny in France’s Loire Valley cemented his love for wine and its ties to geography and history. Upon returning to New York, he focused his career on wine service, becoming a sommelier and ultimately the Beverage Director at the Waverly Inn. Now consulting and writing, Harding lives in Harlem.
